  • Transformation: “Before/after {specific outcome}.”

Posting schedule

  • Morning peak: 7:00–8:30am AEST
  • Evening peak: 7:00–9:00pm AEST
  • Best days: Tue/Wed/Thu

The 7-day post plan

  • Day 1: Introduction / product reveal
  • Day 2: Educational (Pillar 1)
  • Day 3: Product in use (Pillar 2)
  • Day 4: Behind-the-scenes — pack an order on camera
  • Day 5: Educational — “What I wish I’d known”
  • Day 6: Trend participation
  • Day 7: Customer spotlight

What to measure

Ignore: followers, likes. Pay attention to:

  • Average watch time (over 50% = hook worked)
  • Profile visits per video view (1% is healthy)
  • CTR to your store link (0.5–1.5% range)
  • Which pillars land — double down on the winning one

After week 1

Keep posting daily for 30 days. The algorithm rewards consistency more than quality. Your 14th video will be dramatically better than your 1st. By video 20 you’ll find a format that hits consistently.
